An increasingly digital world makes the case for an agile marketing strategy.
3. Human Experience
Organizations should view themselves as human entities that mirror—and support—the values of those they are built to serve.

Marketing needs to change. Otherwise, everyone will lose.
I came across a very sad study by the Meaningful Brands Report. It shows that brand credibility is lower than ever before. Consumers believe that only 47% of brands are trustworthy.
71% of people don't believe in brands' ability to keep their promises. People want more useful content from brands. Most people rate the current content as meaningless.
What ways out of this situation do I see?
1. Brands must move away from direct selling. First, you need to build a deep, trusting relationship with your audience. Build your own communities, rely on User Generated Content.
2. Apply interactive marketing. From a salesperson, you must turn into an animator who entertains, informs, plays with consumers. Only a well-built two-way communication with game elements will help you turn into a friend for the consumer.
3. Become more active in content marketing without focusing on direct sales. Broadcast meaningful values more actively, without trying to sell the goods here and now. This will pay off in the long run.
4. Tell us in detail about all the internal processes of the company. Maximum openness is your best friend. Don't be afraid to admit your mistakes. People love honesty.
I found a great project, you can send real handwritten automated notes or thank you cards to your customers, clients, co-workers, etc... https://simplynoted.com/
